1. Use of the App

• The App provides summarization services for web pages and videos.
• You must ensure that the content you ask to summarize complies with applicable laws, including copyright laws.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

• To use certain features of the App, you must create an account via Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. Your email address is securely stored for authentication and service access.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

3. Stored Content

• If the App stores summaries of content you request, these summaries will be linked to your account. You will have the ability to access or delete this stored data by contacting us.
• By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process shared content for service functionality.

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including:

• Supabase: For database storage and user authentication.
• OpenAI (or other AI APIs): For processing shared content. By using the App, you agree to abide by their terms of use.

We are not responsible for data handling practices by these services. Please refer to their respective terms and policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or liabilities resulting from your use of the App.
